Job Title: Defence Project Coordinator

This role plays a vital part in delivering complex defence and national security projects that safeguard Australia's future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate export controls briefings and related activities.
  • Provide support to the program management office (PMO).
  • Draft and manage correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support corporate reporting and governance requirements.
  • Deliver specialist advice to support planning, monitoring, and control of this land program.
Requirements:
  • Strong program coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and dynamic tasks.
  • Experience in defence acquisition or sustainment environments (CASG desirable).
  • Familiarity with export controls and ITAR regulations (highly desirable).
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and solve complex problems.
