Inclusion and Accessibility Champion
We are seeking an experienced professional to champion inclusive employment practices across our Employment Services sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver training and conduct workplace accessibility audits to promote inclusive strategies and modifications.
- Support job carving strategies that align with individual strengths and business needs.
- C Coordinate awareness events and provide expert coaching to ensure our services reflect the highest standards of inclusion.
- Proven experience in the disability and inclusion field, with a strong understanding of best practices that support people living with disability to find and keep meaningful employment.
- Ability to engage confidently with employers, stakeholders, and internal teams to promote inclusive strategies and modifications.
- Experience delivering training and presentations to diverse audiences.
- A well-structured induction program with further development and training provided.
- Support from an internal team of dedicated specialists who will bring community connections, employer engagement, and on-the-job support to complement and strengthen each participant's employment journey.
