Job Title: Inclusive Workplace Professional

  • Collaborate with employers, staff, and community partners to deliver training, conduct workplace accessibility audits, and coordinate awareness events.
  • Provide expert coaching to ensure services reflect the highest standards of inclusion.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in the disability and inclusion field, with a strong understanding of best practices supporting individuals with disabilities in finding and keeping meaningful employment.
  • Ability to engage confidently with employers, stakeholders, and internal teams to promote inclusive strategies and workplace modifications.
  • Experience delivering training and presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and collaborative service delivery.
