Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop business solutions using SAP technology.
  • Develop business analyst artefacts and documents using Agile methodologies, including Epics and User Stories, Scrum, or Kanban boards.
  • Facilitate workshops with senior and multidisciplinary stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions.
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and assure systems delivery outcomes.
  • Undertake quality management activities, such as peer and quality reviews of specifications and design documents.

Requirements

  • Minimum five years' experience working as a Business Analyst delivering enterprise solutions via technology providers in complex programs and projects.
  • Demonstrated experience and skills in requirements elicitation and definition, user interface requirements risk analysis, scope modelling, and sequence diagrams.
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops with senior and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated systems delivery experience working in multi-disciplinary teams in Agile and similar methods.
  • Demonstrated experience undertaking quality management activities.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with SAP CRM and process terminology.
