We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Receivable Officer to join our team at our Sydney Olympic Park Office. As a key member of our Accounts Receivable department, you will be responsible for managing the company's service agents' AR and AP ledgers, collections, reconciliations, and credits.
Key Responsibilities- Collection of all outstanding debt and effective communication with relevant stakeholders
- Manage AR and AP ledger for service agents, ensuring timely collections and meeting monthly targets
- Conduct monthly contra processes for payment deadlines and oversee reconciliation processes with BPO for customer accounts
- Monitor credit limits, collaborate on credit decisions, and address claims in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with the customer service team to resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service
- Minimum 2 years relevant AR and Credit experience, with a strong understanding of customer service and collection practices
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP (desirable)
- Result-oriented with high accuracy and attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results
- Demonstrate adaptability, integrity, and enthusiasm, with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
