Accounts Receivable Specialist

At People2People, we are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the company's service agents' AR and AP ledgers, collections, reconciliations, and credits.
About the Role:- Manage AR and AP ledgers for service agents, ensuring accurate and timely collections
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer queries and issues
- Conduct monthly contra processes for payment deadlines and ensure timely collections to meet monthly targets
- Oversee reconciliation processes with BPO for customer accounts and monitor credit limits
- Liaise with customer service team to resolve customer queries and address claims
- Minimum 2 years relevant AR and Credit experience
- Proficient in customer service and collection practices, including legal recovery
- Result-oriented with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills
- SAP experience preferred
