Ecommerce Account Specialist

At People2People, we are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Account Specialist to join our team. This role is a great opportunity for a professional to strengthen their skills in customer service and project management while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end operations of 3PD Sales Channels, including pre and post-sales processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with 3PD clients, serving as the primary point of contact for their requests.
- Meet regularly with other members of the team and external parties to discuss progress and find new ways to improve New Business operations.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities, communicate with the sales team regularly, and manage internal approvals with DTC SLT.
- Resolve all operational issues with 3PD sites and fix root causes with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes with the Finance team to meet their SLA.
- Report on the status of accounts monthly and transactions.
- Experience in customer service and project management or account management.
- Exposure to e-Commerce platforms and systems (Latitude, PayPal, Hybris, Adyen, SAP, MS Office, Afterpay, Monday) is preferred but not essential.
