We are seeking an experienced SEM manager to lead the strategic direction and implementation of our clients' paid search campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to make a real impact on our clients' digital growth.

About the Role
  • Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of paid search campaigns across relevant platforms.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and platform developments in SEM and apply this knowledge to enhance campaign performance.
  • P present and articulate approach, ideas, and developments to client stakeholders and the wider team.
  • Ensure budgets are spent according to the plan and delivery is to target.
  • Reporting at a monthly and quarterly basis, making sure details are clear and accurate.
  • Manage and oversee the development of offshore team members, including day-to-day oversight of their work across implementation, pacing, and optimizations.
  • E nsure Account Managers, client Brand Managers, and the wider team clearly understand any challenges and apply appropriate solutions.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience with end-to-end SEM/paid search expertise.
  • Strong understanding and experience with Google Ads and SA360.
  • Experience managing team members and effective leadership skills.
  • Proven track record of driving performance outcomes for clients through comprehensive strategies and innovative approaches.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks, effectively prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong client servicing and account management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
