Job Description

Redefining the notion of 'institutional' dining, our team brings the vibrant experience of High Street food to educational settings.

We provide tailored solutions with a primary emphasis on enhancing the value of hospitality services within these environments. We are seeking a passionate and motivated Apprentice Chef to join our kitchen team in Brisbane's CBD.

This is a full-time opportunity ideal for someone eager to learn the art of commercial cookery while gaining practical, real-world experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work in a professional kitchen alongside experienced chefs
  2. Study towards your Certificate III in Commercial Cookery at Queensland TAFE
Required Skills and Qualifications

A genuine passion for food and a desire to build a career in hospitality

A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic

Ability to work well in a team and take direction

No previous kitchen experience required, but hospitality exposure is beneficial

Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance *Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or a New Zealand passport holder due to Australian Government requirements*
