Chef Apprenticeship Opportunity

Reinvigorating commercial cookery, our team pioneers a dynamic dining experience in educational settings.

We seek a dedicated and ambitious Apprentice Chef to join our kitchen brigade in Brisbane CBD. This full-time opportunity is ideal for someone eager to master culinary techniques while gaining practical experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

About the Role
  • A 5-day workweek (including one paid study day) with opportunities for career progression
  • 4 days working in a professional kitchen alongside experienced chefs
  • 1 day per week studying towards your Certificate III in Commercial Cookery at Queensland TAFE
  • Rotating across 5 sites conveniently located in and around Brisbane's CBD, close to public transport
  • A supportive and inclusive team culture
Requirements
  • Genuine passion for food and desire to build a career in hospitality
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work well in a team and take direction
  • No previous kitchen experience required, but hospitality exposure is beneficial
  • Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance
