About Us

We're seeking an accomplished Educational Director to lead and develop a high-performing team of educators at our academy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care by managing and coaching a team of educators.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs that foster learning and development in children.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with parents, families, and colleagues.
  • Maintain centre operations within allocated resources.
Requirements
  • Hold an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualification or equivalent approved by ACECQA.
  • Experience in leadership or similar roles.
  • Possess excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
