Childcare Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced childcare professional to lead our centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high-quality service in line with the National Quality Standard (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Lead a team of educators, providing guidance and support to ensure excellence in early childhood education.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in a leadership role, minimum 3+ years.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to build strong relationships with families and staff.
  • Hold a minimum qualification of Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching or Diploma.
  • Hold current Working With Children Check (WWCC), First Aid Certificate, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates.
  • Have excellent knowledge of EYLF and NQS, with the ability to implement best practices in the centre.
  • Ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Director, Room Leader, or Second-in-charge (2IC).
