Director of Education and Support

This senior position involves guiding a high-performing team to deliver outstanding outcomes, fostering strong relationships, and making a lasting impact on the centre.
The ideal candidate will support the Centre Director in building a cohesive unit that prioritizes quality education and care for children. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the development of educational programs that align with best-practice early childhood standards.
- Mentoring and coaching educators to enhance their skills and contribute to an exceptional culture of quality and innovation.
- Collaborating with educators to share and implement innovative approaches to learning, driving business growth through high-quality education.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Education (completed or in progress).
- Significant experience in a leadership role in a long day-care centre, with practical knowledge of NQF and EYLF.
- Budget accountability and financial management experience.
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, and a valid Working With Children Check.
