Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Coordinator to support our tender submissions team. This entry-level role involves developing expertise in communication, stakeholder engagement, and client interaction.

The successful candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, and have an interest in communications, infrastructure, or stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with internal project teams to gather relevant case studies for tenders.
  • Assist in drafting and formatting content for tenders and client-facing documentation.
  • Maintain trackers, tools, and templates used by the tender team.
  • Coordinate internal meetings and contribute to meeting deadlines.
  • Provide general team support across communications and engagement-related material.
