This role can be based in either our Sydney or Brisbane offices.Reporting to our Manager Strategic Pursuits, this is a fantastic opportunity to sharpen your submissions skills, gain exposure to high-profile projects, and develop under the guidance of an experienced team.You'll thrive in a collaborative environment, bring strong organisational skills, and have a genuine passion for writing clear, compelling content.
In this role you will:Support the preparation of high-quality EOI and tender submissions across a diverse range of sectors.Write and edit content that reflects our capabilities, brand and market proposition.Assist in coordinating bid fundamentals such as schedules, writing plans and review meetings.Help to run review processes and capture feedback effectively.Act as a central point of contact for stakeholders alongside the Bid Manager.Maintain and update key knowledge resources.Contribute ideas as we continue to improve our bid platforms and practices.What you'll bring to the teamExperience in submissions, proposals or a related role, ideally in aTier 1 or 2 contractor or related industry.Strong organisational and writing skills, with excellent attention to detail.Ability to coordinate tasks and support review meetings.Confidence working on multiple bids at once, often to tight deadlines.A collaborative approach and the ability to build positive working relationships.Relevant qualifications in Communications, Marketing, Business or other related field.Why Abergeldie?
