Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Submissions Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting the preparation of high-quality EOI and tender submissions across various sectors.

The successful candidate will have strong organisational and writing skills, with excellent attention to detail. They will also have the ability to coordinate tasks and support review meetings, as well as work on multiple bids at once, often to tight deadlines.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about submissions and wants to play a key role in winning projects that build better communities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in submissions, proposals or a related field
  • Strong organisational and writing skills
  • Ability to coordinate tasks and support review meetings
  • Confidence working on multiple bids at once, often to tight deadlines
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build positive working relationships
  • Relevant qualifications in Communications, Marketing, Business or other related fields
