Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Scheduling Expert to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a key member of our Real Estate team, you will have the opportunity to work with world-class clients on cutting-edge projects, building a successful career with a company that offers the highest levels of support at every stage.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing scheduling services across diverse building projects, conducting pre-baseline reviews of contractors' programs, and preparing progress update reports. You will also be expected to recommend corrective action and create acceleration programs in case of major delays, conduct delay analysis, and assist the Senior Scheduler in delay claims management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring adherence to contractual requirements and industry standard scheduling practices.
  • Conduct regular progress updates, highlighting key schedule risks and opportunities to clients.
  • Recommend and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays and ensure project deliverables.
  • Assist in delay analysis and claims management, working closely with the Senior Scheduler.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, construction, building, or project management.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience as a scheduler on building projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Project and Primavera P6.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end construction processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
