Financial Crime Compliance and Technology Change Lead

As a key member of the Financial Crime Compliance team, you will lead scenario and business requirement reviews of technology changes that impact financial crime processes and detection systems. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for financial crime projects.
The Financial Crime Compliance team provides strategic support to the organization's domestic and international operations. Our mission is to protect the bank's integrity, reputation, and community by providing robust foundations and proactive support to enable the business to be confident in its accountability for managing Financial Crime Risk.
Your role will involve working closely with the Financial Crime Domain team to support financial crime projects including input into business requirements, solution design, testing, and change management. You will also review and circulate submissions from FCD prior to relevant forums and participate in weekly sessions with delivery teams in FCD to understand and elicit change requirements and provide appropriate recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead scenario and business requirement reviews of technology changes that impact financial crime processes and detection systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for financial crime projects.
- Provide strategic support to the organization's domestic and international operations.
- Work closely with the Financial Crime Domain team to support financial crime projects.
Requirements:
- Experience in governance, compliance, and risk management processes.
- Strong document production and reporting skills.
- Experience and understanding of technology change management and AML/CTF regulations.
- Agile delivery experience and strong critical thinking.
- Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to rapidly acquire deep understanding across multiple complex subject matter areas.
