Position Overview:

As a Senior Retail Sales Associate at Globe Home Timber & Hardware, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our customers, including both DIY enthusiasts and professional tradespeople, enjoy a seamless shopping experience. We are looking for individuals who possess a genuine enthusiasm for retail, exceptional customer service skills, and a polished personal appearance. Flexibility to work weekends is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct customer sales and service transactions, ensuring accurate handling of various payment methods including cash, credit cards, and digital payment options.
  • Engage proactively with customers to facilitate sales, address product inquiries, and assist with order placement and fulfillment.
  • Support the Goods Receiving team by unpacking stock deliveries.
  • Promote products and services effectively to enhance customer engagement.
  • Measure and cut timber and other materials as needed.
  • Maintain an organized stock area, ensuring clear pricing and optimal product presentation.
  • Perform tasks such as tinting paint and cutting keys with precision.
