About this role:

We are seeking a Nurse (either enrolled or registered) to provide quality and flexible services to clients in our Commonwealth Home Support Programs and Home Care Packages programs.

Hours: 40 Hours a fortnight (Hours negotiable)

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • This role is to provide services to clients in their home and in the community

  • Provide quality services to improve clients quality of life

  • Provide services with empathy and compassion

  • Effective communication in the workplace

  • Positive work ethic and commitment to the organisation

  • Complete clear documentation and case note writing

Skills and experience:

  • Previous nursing experience in similar role

  • Wound care

  • Drivers license and reliable vehicle

Founded in 1975 by a concerned group of community members in the town of Northam, the Share and Care organisation today has grown to provide 23 various services, and covers 250,000 square kilometres of the Coastal, Wheatbelt and Upper Great Southern areas.
