Information Support Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills?
We are seeking a cadet to provide records management support, handle correspondence, and maintain secure documents.
This part-time role requires 21 hours of work over three days per week. As a cadet, you will assist in digitization programs, manage office supplies, and deliver exceptional customer service through helpdesk and phone enquiries.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing records management support
- Handling incoming correspondence and scanning documents
- Maintaining secure records and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements
- Assisting with administrative tasks
- Managing office supplies and equipment
Requirements for this role include:
- Enrolled and working towards completing Tertiary Qualifications in Information Management or an equivalent field
- Demonstrated high standard of English skills including verbal, written, reading and comprehension of documents
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
- Excellent customer service skills
