Job Title: National Sales Support

We are seeking an experienced sales support professional to join our team. As a National Sales Support, you will provide administrative assistance to a team of Business Development Managers across Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to a team of BDMs
  • Build and generate quotes on a daily basis
  • Generate spot quotes as required
  • General support and administration duties
  • Chase up fees and charges where necessary

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in freight operations and/or sales support
  • Experience with Cargowise 1 and/or Excel
  • Preferably those with 1-2 years experience in Freight operations or sales support working for a local Freight Forwarder
