About the Role

We're searching for an enthusiastic Digital Content Producer who's passionate about digital project delivery and eager to learn the ropes. You'll be supporting multidisciplinary teams on diverse projects, from website updates and email campaigns to larger digital development initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and other producers to deliver exceptional digital experiences & campaigns.
  • Manage small to medium-sized projects, including website content updates, email marketing campaigns, and digital asset creation.
  • Support Senior Producers on larger projects, gaining valuable experience and mentorship.
  • Become proficient in industry-standard tools and platforms like Figma, Jira, Litmus, and Google Analytics.
  • Develop a working knowledge of Salesforce, AEM and Umbraco CMS for content updates.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of all project deliverables through rigorous testing and QA.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as needed.
  • Review and provide feedback on work progress to ensure it meets Apparent's quality standards and project objectives.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience managing digital projects (websites, campaigns, emails).
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with project management tools like Jira and Trello (a plus)
  • Understanding of how to manage and control schedule and resource management.
