IT Portfolio Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Portfolio Manager to lead our team in creating and maintaining a strategically focused, integrated IT investment approach. The successful candidate will contribute to whole of service area leadership, engaging collaboratively across the IT Services area.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and monitor IT contracts for the Parliamentary Service.
  • Lead proactive portfolio management, ensuring customer and technology risks and needs are understood.
  • Manage strategic relationships with customers to inform IT portfolio planning and investment.
  • Develop an experience and capability enhancement strategy to improve engagement and experience.
  • Design frameworks and policies to support a secure and cost-effective IT environment.
  • Provide input to the IT budget and continuously monitor team costs and IT investment.
  • Oversee relationship with IT contract arrangements, vendors and suppliers.
