This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the growth of our Lotto portfolio by shaping media, creative and digital approaches. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and strengthen brand health.

">About the Role:

This 12-month contract involves leading strategic brand and product initiatives to bring our Lotto brands to life. Your key responsibilities include owning the strategic direction, leading iconic campaigns, driving commercial outcomes, managing budgets and reporting, contributing to product and innovation, harnessing insights, collaborating widely, and leading and inspiring others.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the strategic direction to shape media, creative and digital approaches for Saturday Lotto and Weekday Windfall.
  • Leading iconic campaigns from briefing to post-campaign reporting.
  • Driving commercial outcomes by delivering portfolio revenue targets, managing budgets, and ensuring campaigns contribute to short-term sales and long-term growth.
  • Managing budgets and reporting, overseeing day-to-day expenditure, financial reporting, forecasting, and reforecasting.
  • Contributing to product and innovation, shaping product strategy, supporting innovation, and leading projects that grow our brands.
  • Harnessing insights by incorporating campaign results, customer research, and market learnings into future initiatives.
  • Collaborating widely by building relationships with internal stakeholders and agencies to connect customer insights and deliver effective brand positioning.
  • Leading and inspiring others by mentoring and managing a team of marketers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
">Requirements:

We are seeking a senior brand marketer who leads teams and shapes the future of iconic brands. To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate at least 7+ years of marketing and brand management experience, including senior brand roles, tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related business discipline, demonstrated success in developing and executing brand and product strategies, deep experience leading large-scale advertising and media campaigns, proven expertise in budget management, financial analysis, and forecasting, strong analytical and communication skills, a collaborative leadership style, and a passion for building brands that inspire connection and create moments of joy.
