Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned consultant to leverage their passion for the not-for-profit sector and expertise in CRM systems that underpin fundraising success.

This position involves leading conversations, articulating value propositions, presenting comprehensive solutions, and demonstrating how technology addresses business requirements.

The role manages a customer's journey from initial discovery to implementation of CRM solutions and other consulting engagements.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery and requirements gathering sessions with customers and prospects.
  • Deliver solution demonstrations to customers and prospects.
  • Support Business Development by providing input on functional and technical responses to prospects and customers.
  • Deliver consulting engagements, including training, business-as-usual support, system health checks, and more.
  • Collaborate with teams to provide insights on best practice approaches and thought leadership.
