As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout our hotel's public areas and guest rooms. Your dedication to delivering an exceptional service will ensure that our guests feel welcome and cared for during their stay.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our housekeeping team. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a busy commercial environment or hotel, with a strong focus on high cleaning standards and attention to detail. A flexible approach to work and a willingness to learn and develop within a supportive team environment are also essential.

The salary for this position is approximately AU$55,000 - AU$65,000 per annum, depending on location and level of experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel's public areas and guest rooms;
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces;
  • Restock and maintain housekeeping inventory levels, including linen, cleaning supplies, tea, coffee etc.
  • Provide friendly, approachable, and professional relationships with our guests;
  • Report maintenance issues promptly to ensure a flawless experience.
