Salary: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Job Description

As a Housekeeping Attendant at AccorHotel, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation in our hotel rooms and public areas.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and restocking amenities.
  • Ensure all areas of the hotel are clean and tidy, including corridors, lifts, and public spaces.
  • Restock housekeeping supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operations.
  • Provide friendly and professional service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and requests.
  • Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the management team in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a commercial or hospitality environment.
  • High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests effectively.
  • Australian working rights and valid ID.
