About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Housekeeping Attendant to join our AccorHotel team. As a key member of our Housekeeping Department, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation for our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain exceptional cleaning standards for hotel rooms and public areas, ensuring a flawless first impression for our guests.
  • Thoroughly clean all sections of guest rooms, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces.
  • Restock and maintain housekeeping inventory levels, including linen, cleaning supplies, and amenities.
  • Provide friendly, approachable, and professional service to our guests, responding promptly to their needs and requests.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous housekeeping experience in a commercial environment or hotel is highly preferred.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleaning standards.
  • Strong motivation to learn, grow, and develop within a supportive team environment.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, with a minimum of 3-5 shifts per week.
  • Australian working rights are required, as we cannot provide sponsorship for this role.
