We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented procurement professional to join our organization.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage orders and procurements for office services and other functions within the business.
- Tender, award, and administer contracts required.
- Prepare request for tenders, administer monitor areas of subcontract performance, and inquire on and investigate subcontract problems.
- Contribute to efficient project execution and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in engaging with stakeholders to manage pre-award and post-award activities, including prequalification, tender, award, contract administration, changes, and payment assessments of small orders.
- Demonstrated skills in working and communicating effectively with other projects and functional groups.
