Job Opportunity

Seeking a skilled APS5 Procurement Officer to join our team in Brisbane. This 12-month assignment involves working 37.5 hours per week, partnering with business areas to procure goods and services.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing administrative support to the procurement team
  • Offering procurement advice and support to the Agency in line with the Commonwealth Procurement Rules
  • Assisting with tracking value for money-based outcomes and preparing reports against KPIs
  • Preparing procurement documentation
  • Entering, extracting, and manipulating data for reporting

Requirements For The Role Include:

  • Previous procurement experience, preferably in a Government Agency or Department
  • Experience delivering support and advice complying with the Commonwealth Procurement Rules
  • SAP experience advantageous
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results within tight timeframes
