Pastoral Leader of Academic Support
Provide academic and pastoral support to students in Years 10-12 at a rural secondary school boarding college.
About the Role- Lead the pastoral care team, supporting students across multiple year levels.
- Supervise teachers engaged in pastoral care, promoting effective teaching practices.
- Provide pastoral care for staff members within your designated area of responsibility.
Desirable skills include experience in boys' education, boarding school environments, or working in remote areas.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective pastoral care programs.
- Mentor and guide teachers on best practice in pastoral care.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve student outcomes.
- Competitive salary range $87,467 - $116,060 (dependent on experience).
