Job Description">

As a Middle Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting the mission of St Teresa's College by providing effective leadership in pastoral care. This is a Full Time, 3 year contract commencing in Term 1, 2021.

The Middle Leader will support students as college and community members, leading the pastoral care of students of multiple year levels within the College. Additionally, they will supervise and induce teachers engaged in pastoral care, provide pastoral care for staff, and perform other duties as required by the Principal and College Leadership Team.
