Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase store profitability.
- Lead and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates to ensure seamless store operations and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:
