Senior Product Manager – Business Lending

What role will you play?As a Senior Product Manager in the Business Lending Product team, you will lead the management of the business lending product suite, including day-to-day operations, risk and remediation initiatives, and product feature analysis.
You will represent the team on strategic, compliance, and operational projects, including digital transformation initiatives.
Your responsibilities include partnering with internal stakeholders to optimise lending processes, balancing risk management with improvements to the product, customer, and employee experience.
You will also collaborate with Legal and Non-Financial Risk teams to maintain control frameworks and manage incidents effectively.
