Caregiver Role

As a Caregiver, you will provide person-centred care to residents in our facilities. You will ensure their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

  • Provide personal care and support to residents, prioritizing their wants and needs.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff to deliver quality physical, emotional, wellness, and clinical care.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and carers to improve health, lifestyle, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver high-quality care and support services to residents in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.
  2. Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  3. Participate in the development and implementation of individualised care plans for residents.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing).
  • Demonstrated understanding of the physical, emotional, and social needs of older people.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Current influenza vaccination and First Aid Certificate.
  • National Police Clearance for unsupervised contact with vulnerable people.
