Our company is a trusted provider of home care and disability support services through our highly skilled team of qualified and specialist nurses, carers and support staff. We are actively seeking experienced In Home Disability Support Workers for our clients in various locations.

Key requirements:

- Availability to work morning and afternoon shifts on weekdays and weekends:

- Availability to work short and long shifts with the option to have ongoing shifts weekly:

- Experience working with clients in the community required
- Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support or Aged Care:
- In-Home Support:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Provide support and services to clients with the Person Centered Active Support model
- Encourage individuals living with a disability to be engaged in their own lives
- Assist clients with their personal health care and mobility needs
- Current Drivers Licence and Reliable Car
- Must be willing to commit to ongoing rosters providing support to our clients
- Adaptability to work with different individuals including challenging behaviours
- DCSI Screenings - Disability & NDIS Workers Screening
