We are seeking motivated Team Members who have a passion for coffee and strive to provide the best service to our customers.

This is a casual position with the potential to progress in your career. We are looking for Junior and Senior staff, who are barista trained and are looking at developing their skills with a reputable company.

Gloria Jean's Coffees has been the driving passion for great coffee since 1979. We believe the best days always start with a great cup of coffee, so that's where we will start; by ensuring we make the best bean to cup brew in the country, fresh from our roaster to your cup.

With over 170 stores across Australia, we need your help to ensure we continue to deliver the quality coffee and service to our loyal customers.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A can-do attitude
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Friendly and independent team player and good communicator
  • Availability to work both weekdays and weekends
  • Café/ Hospitality experience is desirable
  • PASSION FOR HOSPITALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
