Lead Design Projects

We're looking for a talented Senior Product Designer to join our team and help shape the design direction of our platform. You will be responsible for leading design projects from start to finish, working closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to solve complex problems and ship high-quality design work.

You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize work, and bring features to life. Your focus on user-centered design will ensure that our product is intuitive, accessible, and meets the needs of our users.

In this role, you'll also contribute to the evolution of our design system, helping to create scalable, high-quality experiences that support our business goals. Additionally, you'll play a key role in fostering a strong design culture within our organization, sharing knowledge, giving feedback, and staying curious.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead design projects from discovery to launch
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define requirements and priorities
  • Design and develop user-centered solutions that meet business objectives
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning within the design team
Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a solid background in designing intuitive products in cross-functional teams, ideally in education or SaaS. A strong portfolio that showcases your ability to turn insights into clean, accessible interfaces is essential. You should also be confident in using tools like Figma and have a clear understanding of interaction design, usability, and visual design best practices.
