The Chief Financial Officer will play a pivotal role in guiding our organisation through its next phase, including enabling scale, unlocking commercial opportunities, and enhancing decision-making across a complex, vertically integrated operation.

About the Role

The Chief Financial Officer will lead the Finance function with a strong focus on strategic planning, commercial performance, and operational effectiveness.

This is a broad and hands-on role, covering financial control, reporting, budgeting, analysis, compliance, and systems improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop and support a high-performing Finance team with a strong culture of accountability and collaboration
  • Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis
  • Drive financial strategy aligned to our business' long-term goals and operational priorities
  • Provide meaningful insights and financial modelling to support decision-making across our executive team
  • Oversee compliance, tax, payroll, governance and financial risk management
  • Partner with commercial and operational leaders to improve margin, efficiency, and cost outcomes
  • Lead finance transformation projects, including system upgrades (ERP) and automation
  • Maintain a robust internal control environment and support continuous improvement initiatives across our group
  • Lead the development and oversight of ESG reporting frameworks to meet evolving regulatory and stakeholder expectations
