About the Role

This is an ideal position for an experienced financial professional with a background in manufacturing, warehousing, or inventory-focused environments. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end finance operations, from budgeting and financial planning to cost management and inventory analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operations & Inventory Management: Lead financial controls and cost analysis for warehousing and manufacturing functions, enhancing inventory accuracy and managing operational costs.
  2. Business Partnering: Engage with operations to support data-driven decision-making, offering insights and recommendations that align with company growth goals and enhance financial performance.
  3. Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis, using financial insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  4. Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and guide the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring the successful implementation of ERP and financial systems.
Requirements
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, with CPA or CA qualifications highly regarded.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing or warehousing environments, with expertise in operations accounting and cost control.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably MYOB Advance) and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to present financial data and recommendations to senior management.
