Job Title: Inventory Manager

We are seeking an accomplished professional to fill the role of Inventory Manager. As a key member of the Inventory & Planning team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating national inventory planning activities for designated finished goods portfolios.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in end-to-end inventory analysis roles, with responsibility for planning, forecasting, and purchasing. They will have strong organizational skills, enabling them to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Manage and coordinate inventory planning activities for assigned product portfolios.
  • Develop and maintain accurate master data related to products and suppliers.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on portfolio performance, variance forecasts, and inventory stock targets.
  • Oversee inventory levels, slow-moving stock, quarantined items, and obsolete stock.
  • Plan and coordinate shipping schedules and forward purchase orders.
  • Ensure the integrity and currency of product and supplier data.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in inventory management roles, with a focus on planning, forecasting, and purchasing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound knowledge of international shipping and inventory management principles.
  • A highly organized and result-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP/MRP systems.
