  • About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing stock levels, conducting cycle counts, and analyzing data to optimize inventory performance.

  • Key Responsibilities:

• Manage stock levels to ensure accurate and appropriate levels of inventory are maintained.
• Conduct regular cycle counts to identify discrepancies and take corrective action as needed.
• Analyze sales data and inventory reports to inform inventory management decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement processes to improve inventory accuracy and reduce stockouts.

  • Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous retail or inventory management experience;
  • A strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and SAP software; 
  • A suitable level of physical fitness to handle heavy lifting and moving boxes that can weigh up to 15kg;
  • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to influence team members at all levels;
  • Drive for results with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPI's;
  • Emotional maturity to maintain high performance under pressure;
  • A proven track record of building and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels;
  • Motivation to continuously improve processes and workflows; 
  • Possess a proactive approach to identifying solutions and implementing changes when required;,
  • Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
