Job Opportunity: Inventory Management Leader

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Management Leader to oversee inventory operations across multiple sites.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
  • Monitor and reduce inventory carrying costs by identifying slow-moving and obsolete stock
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with quality standards
  • Develop and deliver timely inventory reports and analyses to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise stock turnover and improve operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inventory management and leadership
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with ERP systems and inventory software
  • Knowledge of inventory optimisation, cost control, and quality standards
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
