Inventory Control Professional

We are seeking a motivated professional to oversee the management of inbound parts and materials.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the completion of daily data entry, ensuring accurate inventory control, stock balances, and reconciliation in SAP. They will also manage critical parts listing, advising on potential stock shortage risks and report anomalies in stock or other problems that could disrupt operations.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of spare parts, services, and contractor work.
- Perform cycle counts and end-of-year inventory checks to maintain accuracy and adherence to standard reporting systems.
Requirements include:
- Sound principles on Inventory Management best practices in a FMCG environment.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Suite of products.
- Effective communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities Include:
- Ensure receipting of parts and materials, stock-takes, and order confirmations are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate ordering of spare parts, services, and contractor work to meet maintenance schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for improvement.
