Data Center Operations Trainee, Data Centre Operations

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Center Operations Trainee to join our team at Amazon Corporate Services Pty Ltd. As a Data Center Operations Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our data centers, including performing installation and configurations on data center servers and network systems, troubleshooting and replacing hardware parts, and working within a ticket-based environment to resolve technical issues.
Key Responsibilities- Perform installation and configurations on data center servers and network systems
- Installation, troubleshooting, and replacement of internal and external hardware parts of servers and network devices
- Perform storage media sanitization and destruction tasks
- Work within a ticket-based environment and work on systematic problem resolution
- Movement of equipment with assisted lifting machinery
- Maintain high system reliability by prioritizing trouble tickets
- Collaborate with internal teams, sharing ideas and contributing to projects to improve data center work environment and overall efficiencies
- Participate, lead, and deliver small to mid-scale projects, including data center rollout

Basic Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent
- Driver's license
- Knowledge of computer hardware components and operating systems
