Risk Management Specialist

GGB - Global is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Internal Account Executive to join our professional and highly successful broking team within our Ballarat office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients and their insurance accounts, securing business with new clients, and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a small portfolio of commercial/SME clients
- Process and manage the administration of client accounts, including preparing quotes, processing changes, and policy preparation
- Assist senior brokers when required
- Promote the GGB - Global brand and yourself to generate ongoing new business opportunities
- Ensure internal databases and relevant systems are kept up to date and accurate
- Experience in the insurance broking industry
- An organised and efficient mindset, able to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
- A client-focused and natural communication style
- Proven experience in document preparation with high attention to detail
- Tier 1 Insurance broking qualification
