Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Test Lead to implement and execute a comprehensive test strategy for our Open Banking programme.



  • Define, implement, and execute a comprehensive test strategy for the Open Banking programme.
  • Coordinate stakeholder management, resource planning, implementation, execution, analysis, and reporting for all testing engagements.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing test team, ensuring consistency and quality of delivery across various testing phases.
  • Drive continual improvement of testing methodology, tools, processes, approaches, and techniques.
  • Oversee the management of the test team's deliverables to meet objectives and align with delivery schedules, quality standards, and budget.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • At least 2 years of experience as a Test Lead in complex integration projects, preferably in the financial sector.
  • 5+ years' experience in Testing within software development projects at Test Analyst and Senior Test Analyst level.
  • Desirable: experience with Consumer Data Rights Standards and Regulations.
  • Desirable: experience with API testing tools such as SoapUI and Postman.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality written documentation.
  • Strong vendor management skills.
