We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Test Lead. This individual will be responsible for implementing and executing our test strategy, delivering business requirements, and ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and execute a comprehensive test strategy, aligning with business objectives;
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge of Consumer Data Rights Standards, leveraging this expertise to drive testing strategies and stakeholder engagement;
  • Manage and coordinate resources, including test automation, execution, reporting, and risk/issue management;

As a seasoned leader in this field, you will be expected to:

  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, effectively communicating testing plans, progress, and outcomes;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs, ensuring alignment with business goals;
  • Continuously evaluate and improve our testing processes, incorporating best practices and emerging trends.
