Test Manager Role Overview

This role plays a pivotal part in the implementation of our Oracle HCM/HR system. The successful candidate will lead the testing process, ensuring seamless functionality and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the full testing lifecycle across the Oracle HCM/HR program.
  • Develop and oversee test strategy, approach, planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Coordinate and guide business users through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), fostering confidence in solution delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with the vendor to ensure adherence to testing governance and quality standards.
  • Provide assurance for release readiness and manage defect resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across business and technical teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience leading testing on Oracle HCM/HR implementations.
  • Strong background in test management, including planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to guide non-technical users through testing processes.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in Agile delivery environments.
